Essential oils with Naomi Helm
Embrace the winter season. Re-calibrate, restore, rejuvenate.
Bend Yoga is offering two candle-lit yoga classes on Saturday the 29th of June for... self care!
A short talk to start at 6pm with Naomi Helm, advocate of essential oils for therapeutic and health benefits as well as DoTerra re-seller. Then we will flow to Jazz to soothe the soul.
Celebrating 6 months in business and operating out of the beautiful community centre in Earlwood. We are offering 2 styles of classes for 60 mins each separated by a short break. You are welcome to join both if you please.
Session one: Yoga Flow. Vinyasa yoga. Continuous movement to jazz music through poses and using the breath to synchronise. You will sweat it out!
Session two: Slow Yoga. Yin Yoga. Essential oils. Moving through slowly and holding poses for longer periods of time. An opportunity to stretch and engage in restorative mindful movement.
Join us for tea and plant-based nibbles after both sessions.
We cannot wait to host and look forward to seeing you there.
Please note: This event is pre-paid. Bring your own mat or hire for $2.
No tickets will be sold at the door. A percentage of each sale goes towards Carbon Neutral Charitable Fund, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and plant more native Australian trees!
