Free online program for adults aged 60 years and over. The program runs for 10 weeks and offers 10 modules around healthy lifestyle topics that can be completed by participants at their own pace and 2 exercise circuits with video demonstration to be completed at home. The Program's exercise manual and fact sheets will be mailed to participants prior to the start date and a trained phone coach will support participants weekly to reinforce key learnings and answer any questions or issues that may arise.
