Dress for Work is currently inviting applicants to apply for the Dress for Work Volunteers and Accredited Training program to assist in the day-to-day operations of its project.
The program is delivered through grant funding from Canterbury Bankstown SportsClub and includes a 1 Day course in Fundamentals of Customer Service. Upon completion, clients are eligible to receive a Statement of Attainment for the BSBCUS403 Implement Customer Service Standards unit of Competency. This is a nationally recognised unit and is a great pathway opportunity for clients who are interested in getting a foot into the community, retail or hospitality sector.
The training program will also include the opportunity to participate in a practical placement component at Dress for Work ( either at the Bankstown and/or Westmead sites) and registration as an official volunteer in the Dress for Work volunteer pool (including a complimentary Dress for Work t-shirt!).
Bookings are required to attend this event.
