Bankstown LEP 2001 - repealed 5 March 2015.

Bankstown Section 94A Contributions Plan – repealed on 8 January 2020. Contributions levied under this plan will still continue to be indexed as allowed for by the condition of consent.

Canterbury Development Control Plan 2012 prior to 30 January 2017

Canterbury Development Contributions Plan 2013 – repealed on 8 January 2020. Contributions levied under this plan will still continue to be indexed as allowed for by the condition of consent.

Superceded Canterbury City Section 94 Contributions Plan 2005 – repealed 1 October 2013. Contributions levied under this plan will still continue to be indexed as allowed for by the condition of consent.
