Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015

The Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 was the former Bankstown City Council's principal planning document to regulate effective and orderly development in the former Bankstown LGA. The LEP provided objectives, zones and development standards such as lot sizes, floor space ratios and building heights.

Bankstown Development Control Plan 2015

The Bankstown Development Control Plan 2015 supported the LEP by providing additional objectives and development controls to enhance the function and appearance of development in the former Bankstown LGA. The development controls included storey limits, setbacks, urban design, amenity, landscaping, access and parking.

This Plan enabled the former Bankstown City Council to levy contributions on development to help fund the cost of providing new public local infrastructure and services in the former Bankstown LGA.​

Section 94A Development Contributions Plan 2009
