Canterbury-Bankstown Planning Agreements Policy

This Policy enables Council to enter into arrangements with property owners and developers to help fund the cost of providing new public infrastructure and services.

Planning Agreement Template

The template provides developers with a standardised contract prepared by Council as the basis for draft planning agreements. The template should be completed by the developer’s lawyer if an instruction to prepare a draft agreement has been provided by Council staff.

This Register lists the planning agreements entered into by Canterbury-Bankstown Council and the former Bankstown and Canterbury City Councils.
