Planning (Section 10.7) Certificate Application Form

(Formerly Section 149 Zoning Certificate Application Form)

Under Section 10.7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act), a local council will, upon application, issue a certificate providing information about planning controls or property affectations relating to any piece of land within the council area.

Where to send completed forms

  • For phone payments or email lodgment please email the completed form to council@cbcity.nsw.gov.au
  • Forms can be posted to Canterbury City Council, PO Box 77, Campsie NSW 2194
  • Forms can be submitted in person at our Customer Service Centre, 137 Beamish Street, Campsie NSW 2194

Please note that the payment of any applicable fees must be made before a form can be processed. Payment can be made in person at our Customer Service Centre or by phone by calling 9707 9000.
