​Canterbury Local Environment Plan (LEP) 

The LEP has been prepared using the NSW Government Standard Instrument template. The LEP, which includes the written instrument and maps, can be access and downloaded from the NSW legislation website Canterbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 section.​

Canterbury Development Control Plan (DCP)

The LEP is supported by Canterbury Development Control Plan (DCP) 2012 which also came into force on 1 January 2013. The DCP contains more detailed development controls, standards and guidelines for all new development in the Canterbury part of the City of Canterbury-Bankstown. The DCP can be accessed on our Canterbury Development Control Plan (DCP) 2012 page.

All development applications received on or after 1 January 2013 will be assessed under the CLEP 2012 and CDCP 2012.
