CBCity is a local government leader in the policy space and has recently developed a Policy Framework that demonstrates commitment to good governance – this means being open, transparent and accountable for our decisions.

To introduce the local government sector to the Policy Research and Development (PRD) Team at CBCity and highlight the Policy Framework, we’ve created a discussion paper.  

The Policy Framework is Council’s commitment to delivering great policy outcomes for its staff, Council and the community. This is achieved through four key pillars, that represent Council’s commitment to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements, consult widely, communicate effectively and undertake rigorous quality control to ensure a level of consistency in the policy process.
