The CBCity 2025 comprising of the 2022-25 Delivery Program and 2023/24 Operational Plan examines the important issues facing Council and outlines the priorities for the Council term to ensure that services continue to meet community expectations in terms of quality and value for money. It is a statement of commitment to the community from their elected Council.

CBCity 2025 translates the community’s strategic goals (as outlined in CBCity 2036, Council’s Community Strategic Plan) into actions for a specific council term. It identifies the priority activities that will be undertaken using the resources identified in the Resourcing Strategy.

Success in delivering these priorities is regularly monitored and reported to Council and the community.
