Stepping On is a FREE falls prevention program for seniors. It is designed to build knowledge and
confidence to help you stay active and independent.
It is not suitable for people diagnosed with dementia or neuromuscular conditions.

Book a spot at the libraries' FREE Tech-Help Classes in Vietnamese and master your iPhone, tablet and other technology.
A Vietnamese-speaking Tech-Help professional will demonstrate library apps, help you with your favourite apps and answer technology and internet questions.
Sessions can be tailored to your needs. Bookings are essential--call the library on 9707 9708 to make your booking.
The classes will be held on Fridays from 1-2.30pm at Bankstown Library, until 25 June 2021.
Join our Chinese Reading Club to meet other readers, have a chat and find new Chinese books, magazines and DVDs to borrow. The Club meets at Riverwood Library every second Wednesday of the month from 10am-12pm. Call 9707 5436 for more information.
