Stepping On is a FREE falls prevention program for seniors. It is designed to build knowledge and confidence to help you stay active and independent. It is not suitable for people diagnosed with dementia or neuromuscular conditions. 逐步前行 (Stepping On) 是一个为期 8 周的专为长者(65 岁或以上)开设的普通话免费,创新友善 的课程。讲授如何进行适度肌力和平衡锻炼,让长者增加知识,力量和信心,有效预防跌倒, 并保持积极活跃和独立生活能力。
Would you like to learn how to use your device or brush up on your computer skills? The Library has a volunteer to show you how. Come to our new Tech Classes and we will help set up your iPhone and tablet.
A Vietnamese-speaking Tech-Help professional will demonstrate library apps, help you with your favourite apps and answer technology and internet questions.
Sessions can be tailored to your needs.
