Do you ever feel life could be less stressful, despite living in this busy world? Attend one of our Wellness Classes, led by experienced teachers and improve your emotional and physical wellbeing. Each class will include spiritual writing, meditation and yoga. See below for more details on these.

This interactive session combines writing exercises with group activities and a short meditation. Explore how we can integrate opposing concepts to tell new stories. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Please bring pen and paper.
Meditation is a method to rest the mind and make it more peaceful. Be guided through different meditation styles and uncover calmness and wellbeing in both body and mind.
Feel calm, centred and energised using movements and breath to remove stress and tension. Learn about breathing techniques, postures and relaxation used in yoga. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat.
