Seniors Festival
Our libraries are hosting a wide range of events, from Bingo to Bus Tours, during Canterbury-Bankstown's Seniors Festival. Find out more on the Seniors Festival page.
We have an active and engaged senior community and we offer services to help you make the most of our libraries.
If you find it difficult to get to the library, our free Bus to Library service can help: https://www.cbcity.nsw.gov.au/community/library-knowledge-centres/library-services/bus-to-library
If you are housebound due to mobility difficulties or illness, our Home Library Service can bring books to your door. You can find more information on our Home Library Service page, or call the Library on 9707 9733.
Unfortunately, due to COVID, we are unable to offer our usual range of in-library activities for seniors. However, in the future, we hope to be able to bring these back, including mobile phone, computer and internet workshops and a range of other classes and activities.
Check out the latest edition of Linkout, our newsletter for seniors. It's packed with information and activities!
