This is a smaller sized hall suitable for gatherings of 70 people and less. Great for meetings, small get-togethers and smaller user groups. This hall is near a residential area and is not suitable for parties and functions with loud music.

Facilities: This hall has a kitchen with a stove, fridge, boiling hot water system and microwave.

Air-conditioning: Yes and ceiling fans.

Room equipment: 20 tables and 70 chairs. Wooden floorboards.

Accessibility: Accessible entrance and toilets​

Parking: Street parking.​

Hire Charges​​​

Conditions of use

All set up and pack down needs to be completed within the hire times. The hirer must leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. No amusement devices are permitted inside the hall. Hirers must keep noise to a minimum when arriving, and leaving the premises. Damage to property or an unclean hall will lead to money being deducted from the bond. Entering and exiting the hall outside hire times will incur fines.
