This is a great hall for a variety of functions and events. It has wooden floor boards and an older style kitchen. At the back of the hall is a concrete area with children's play equipment. There is a raised area at the front of the hall that can be used as a stage. There is only street parking at this facility and it is situated on a busy road with limited parking.

It has heaters. Room equipment: 100 chairs and 25 tables. Hirers must supply all their own cutlery, plates, glasses and table cloths. Amusement Device: Permission for a jumping castle will be approved if it is placed on the concrete area at the back of the hall and up-to-date public liability to the limit of $20 million with Canterbury Bankstown Council listed as an interested party is provided to council. Hire Charges
All set up and pack down needs to be completed within the hire times. The hirer must leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. No amusement devices are permitted inside the hall. Hirers must keep noise to a minimum when arriving, and leaving the premises. Damage to property or an unclean hall will lead to money being deducted from the bond. Entering and exiting the hall outside hire times will incur fines.
