​​About this Hall: This hall is suitable for meetings, playgroups and small groups only. It is not suitable for functions.

Location: Corner Simmat Avenue and Lancelot Street, Condell Park NSW 2200

Maximum Capacity: 25 people

Facilities: Kitchen with fridge, boiling hot water system, oven and microwave

Air-conditioning: Yes and ceiling fans.

Room equipment: 10 tables and 25 chairs. Wooden floorboards.

PA system: No

Wi Fi Access: No

Accessibility: Accessible toilet and ramp to front door.

Parking: Street parking only.

Opening Hours:

  • Sunday to Thursday from 8am - 10pm 
  • Friday and Saturday 8am - midnight

Hall Charges:

  • Weekend: $40.00 per hour
  • Block rates: $200.00 for a block of 9am–4pm or 5pm–midnight
    (Please note that the 5pm–midnight rate is only for Friday and Saturday)
  • Weekday casual: $33.60 per hour
  • Permanent: $17.90 per hour
  • Bond: $500

Community Rates: Council provides not-for-profit, incorporated organisations a discounted rate.

Conditions of Use: All set up and pack down needs to be completed within the hire times. The hirer must leave the hall clean and tidy as they found it. No amusement devices are permitted inside the hall. Hirers must keep noise to a minimum when arriving, and leaving the premises. Damage to property or an unclean hall will lead to money being deducted from the bond. Entering and exiting the hall outside hire times will incur fines.
