Join CBCity’s Annual Tug O’ War Cup and Say NO to Domestic and Family Violence

  • When: Wednesday 22 November, 2023
  • Where: John Mackay Indoor Sports Centre, Chapel Rd South, Bankstown
  • Time: Noon-3pm

A fun and physical event that includes teams from across Canterbury-Bankstown; from schools, services, local businesses and other organisations. All you need to do is form a team, register and start training!

At this year’s Say NO to Domestic Violence Tug O' War Cup you can hear from a range of experts on healthy relationships, enjoy a FREE barbeque, visit various stalls, and participate in a variety of other activities. Our CBKombi will also be there, sharing important information on Domestic Violence, come by and have a chat with our friendly staff.

There will be three divisions to compete in:

  • Men’s
  • Mixed (minimum 3 females on rope)
  • School's divisions

To compete, each team need to consist of six team members, one reserve.

Registrations are open until November 15 for the Tug O’ War Cup. Register your team here.

International and Australian Tug O’ War Champion judging officials will be on hand, giving tips and expert advice.

Team registrations are free and close 15 November (conditions apply). 

Each person that registers for the 2023 CBCity Tug O'War Cup must compete a waiver form, before competing in the event, persons under 18 must have Adult/Guardian consent.
