2022 CBCity Say NO to DV

Tug O' War Cup
Get a grip, pull your weight and Say NO to Domestic Violence.

Local businesses, schools, organisations and residents are encouraged to enter their teams of six (five on the rope plus one reserve), to contest the CBCity Say NO to DV Tug O’ War Cup.
The day will involve local teams competing against each other, in a fun but competitive Tug O’ War tournament. 
This is an opportunity for both organisations and individuals to show support for the Say NO to Domestic Violence and YES to Healthy Relationship campaign. Participants and spectators will also have the opportunity to take part in activities and stalls supporting Healthy Relationships in Canterbury-Bankstown. 
This year we will have Men’s, Mixed (minimum 3 females on rope) and School's divisions.

 

When: Wednesday 23 November

Time: Noon-3pm

Where: John Mackay Indoor Sports Centre, Chapel Rd South, Bankstown

A BBQ lunch will be provided on the day for participants (available also for spectators to purchase).

Join us and make your stand against Domestic Violence in CBCity. 

Team registrations are free and close Wednesday 9 November (conditions apply).

Canterbury-Bankstown Domestic Violence Liaison Committee (CBDVLC)

Our local Domestic Violence Liaison Committee will also be present on the day so keep an eye out for local members doing great work in the community.
