​​​​The Wellness Centre is an inclusive and welcoming environment, offering older women a holistic approach to improving and maintaining their health and wellbeing. Women aged 50 years and above from all cultures and backgrounds are more than welcome to join!​

What's it all about?

They offer a wide variety of activities in a fun, informal, friendly and supportive way and are committed to: 

  • Flexible, "drop in" attendance;
  • Learning from each other and health professionals;
  • Consumer involvement and participation; and 
  • Relieving social isolation.

Bankstown Wellness Centre

The Bankstown Wellness Centre offers an inclusive and welcoming environment for older women of all cultures. We offer a program of activities that have been developed to enhance or maintain the health and wellbeing of older women. New members are warmly welcomed.

Our classes operate on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and include:

  • Gentle exercise;
  • Strength & balance;
  • Ukulele;
  • Guided relaxation;
  • International dancing;
  • Tai Chi;
  • Gentle yoga;
  • Discussion groups;
  • Line dancing.
