Ability Links NSW Coordinators, known as Linkers, work closely with people with disability, their families and carers to support them to fulfil their goals, hopes and dreams.

Work. Learn. Connect. is a multi-functional complex for intellectually disabled adults in the Canterbury Bankstown district. At Centacare we offer services that are funded out of our participants’ NDIS packages. The range of services we provide include supported employment, School Leavers Employment Supports (SLES), Life Skills training and social programs. We offer business services including, packing and assembly, security shredding, mail packing, garden maintenance and office cleaning.

Home Care Heroes is a support and companionship service aimed at combating social isolation for people who are unwell or feeling lonely due to ageing, illness or disability. Home Care Heroes offer companionship, core supports, capacity building (e.g. mentoring, budgeting, transport), sleepovers, mentorship, and a helping hand for anyone aged 8+. They are a registered NDIS approved provider and offer private funding through My Aged Care or via your nominated bank account. They also offer a range of community programs such as Community Connect Initiatives, Be Connected (digital skills training for those 50+) and the Youth Employment Innovation Challenge (training & mentor program for 18 - 24 yr olds).
