A Care Nexus is a Registered NDIS Provider and has a very experienced, compassionate and selfless team. A Care Nexus supports NDIS Participants in their daily activities such as self-care, household tasks, transport assistance, arrange for therapy supports and many other supports approved by the NDIS.
