Starting, running and growing a business is challenging enough without the added complications of red tape. Through our partnership with Service NSW it is now easier to do business with a range of support services to help you navigate regulatory requirements, freeing you up to focus on the more important things.

Easy-to-do Business tackles the time issues and complexities business owners face when starting or growing their business. It aims to cut red tape, so entrepreneurs can focus on their business rather than bureaucracy. 

Please note: The sectors that are available are cafes, restaurant and small bars, housing construction businesses, clothing retail businesses, print businessese and road freight transport businesses, with more options to come.

Service NSW Mobile Service Centres

Mobile Service Centres are custom-fitted buses with dedicated Service NSW staff on board to provide convenient services, saving customers time and money, and complement existing Service Centre locations. Citizens will be able to conduct transactions that are available at most Service Centres such as: 

  • Applying for driver licences and photo cards 
  • Undertaking driver knowledge tests 
  • Applying for Working With Children checks 
  • Applying for births, deaths and marriages certificates 
  • Undertaking eyesight tests for licence applications, and 
  • Taking part in a Cost of Living appointment for help accessing more than 40 government rebates and savings. 

Mobile Service Centres will accept payments by credit and debit card or cheque. 

The first Mobile Service Centre will launch in February 2019, with three to follow. The Mobile Service Centres will be on the road for up to 46 weeks a year. ​​
