• Seating may be subject to change should the NSW government change any of the existing regulations
• Seating may be subject to change at the venue's discretion to accommodate social distancing
• All tickets are available online only. No tickets will be available at the box office on the day of the event
• Under COVID regulation, all attendees must be counted towards the capacity total. Please ensure that all children of any age (0 months – 12 years) have a ticket. If you require assistance with this, please call the venue on 9707 9404.
• The NSW government has eased restrictions and has permitted 75% of the capacity of the theatre. If you would like to wear a mask to this event, you are encouraged to do so. 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow the safety measures and will follow the guidance of our venue staff whilst on-site.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE VENUE

FIRSTLY, IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL, AWAITING A COVID TEST RESULT, RESIDE WITH SOMEONE WHO IS AWAITING A COVID TEST RESULT, OR HAVE RECENTLY RETURNED FROM OVERSEAS OR A COVID HOTSPOT, PLEASE STAY AT HOME. We thank you in advance for taking everyone's health into consideration and keeping everyone safe.

BRING A MASK It is recommended by NSW government to wear a mask in situations where you are unable to 1.5m socially distance. We encourage all patrons over the age of 12 to wear a mask if they feel the need to.

REGISTER FOR CONTACT TRACING We are required by NSW government regulation to collect the details of people who visit our venue for contact tracing purposes. When you arrive, we will have QR codes displayed at the entrance to the theatre, please ensure that you have a QR code app downloaded to your phone or if you have a Samsung phone, you can usually change this on your browser settings.

MAKE YOUR WAY TO YOUR SEAT To reduce congestion in the foyers, please make your way to the theatre doors on arrival. Theatre doors will open approximately 30 minutes prior to show time.

HAVE YOUR TICKETS READY To streamline entry into the theatre, please have your tickets in hand or on your phone ready to be sighted by our ushers.
