For parents and children aged 0-4 years.
Current session: 7 February - 4 April 2023, 10am - 11.30am
Parent Child Mother Goose is designed to strengthen the attachment and interaction between parents and their children. Throughout nine weeks, you will gain skills and confidence that will lead to creating positive family patterns.
The group focuses on using rhymes, songs and story telling that will be both enjoyable and beneficial to parents and children

For adults aged 65 years and over and Aboriginal adults aged 45 years and over
Every Monday from 15 May - 3 July + 21 August from 10.00am - 12.00pm
Cost: Free
Stepping On is a FREE 7-week fall prevention program for adults aged 65 years and over and Aboriginal adults aged 45 years and over. The seven-week course is designed to help you maintain your independence while teaching techniques to reduce your risk of falls.
